• Wrong details in a video — you can fix these yourself free for 7 days after purchase from My orders.
• Privacy requests — access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent under the DPDP Act, 2023.

Grievances, takedowns and consent complaints

If a video on UtsavInvite uses your likeness or name without your consent, impersonates someone, contains intimate or obscene material, or infringes your copyright, please use Report a concern — it reaches our review queue directly and gives you a ticket ID.

Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 we act on reports of non-consensual likeness and intimate content within 3 hours, including taking the video offline while we review. Other grievances are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

Legal notices

Formal legal notices should be sent in writing to Turtle Techsai at the registered address above, with a copy by email to utsavinvite@turtletechsai.com. Disputes are governed by the law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms & Conditions.
