Delivery Policy

1. What is delivered

• A 1080 × 1920 portrait HD MP4 — the WhatsApp-status and story format.
• A 1080 × 1080 square HD MP4 — for feeds and group chats.
• Both without watermark, with your chosen background music.
• A private invitation web page with your event details, map links, a countdown and a guest RSVP form.
• If you bought the event-video bundle, up to 3 additional event-specific videos (for example Mehendi, Sangeet and Reception).

2. When it arrives

HD rendering starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Videos are typically ready in about 5 minutes. At peak wedding season, or for AI templates with caricature and voiceover, it can take longer — we ask you to allow up to 30 minutes before treating it as a problem.

You do not have to keep the page open. Rendering continues on our servers and you will be notified when it is done.

3. How it reaches you

• On your order's private link. Each order gets an unguessable delivery link of the form utsavinvite.com/v/<code>. The videos and the invitation page live there, and the link appears in the editor the moment the render finishes.
• On WhatsApp, to the mobile number you verified with an OTP. If WhatsApp delivery is unavailable on that number, we send the link by SMS instead.
• In My orders, where every order you have placed on your verified number is listed with its link.

Anyone you forward the delivery link to can view and play the video — that is how you invite your guests. Share it only with people you want to invite.

4. How long you have access

Your delivery link stays live for 60 days from your last render on that order. Editing and re-rendering during the 7-day revision window restarts the 60-day clock from the new render. After 60 days the videos and your uploaded source photos are permanently deleted from our systems, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Download and keep your own copy. We cannot restore a video after deletion.

5. Re-downloading

Within the 60-day window you can download as many times as you like, on any device:

• open My orders and verify your phone number if asked;
• tap “Open video” on the order;
• on the delivery page, use the download button for the portrait or square version — on a phone, long-press the video and choose “Save” if your browser blocks the download.

6. If your video has not arrived

• Check My orders — the status chip tells you whether the order is paid and whether rendering has finished.
• Confirm you verified the correct mobile number, and check that WhatsApp/SMS from unknown senders is not blocked on that phone.
• Wait 30 minutes, then email utsavinvite@turtletechsai.com with your Order ID, or call +91 78418 53298 during Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST.

If we cannot deliver your video, you get a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery territory and charges

Because delivery is entirely digital, we deliver anywhere you can open the link. There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges of any kind — the price shown at checkout is the whole price.
